Returns: 
If you wish to return your VENTI purchase please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorisation with full instructions.

Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, otherwise you may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
